Evening Prayer for June 13
Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

Dost thou believe on the Son of God? … Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him?
Today’s takeaway: Jesus is the Son of God, precious to all who believe, so trust Him fully.
The brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person
The blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords; Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
Lord, I believe.
I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.
Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded. Unto you therefore which believe he is precious

Prayer
Lord Jesus, You asked the man born blind if he believed on the Son of God, and he said, Lord, I believe, and worshiped You. I say it too tonight. I believe You are the brightness of God's glory and my Savior. Where my faith is weak, strengthen it. Let me go to sleep worshiping You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Pray as Jesus taught us
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
