Evening Prayer for June 11
Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.
God’s Word
Behold, I make all things new.
Today’s takeaway: In Christ you are a new creation, and one day God will make all things new.
Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump
The new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.
Behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
Seeing … that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness

Prayer
Lord Jesus, You make all things new. You have given me a new heart and a new spirit, and I am a new creation in You. One day You will give me a new name and create new heavens and a new earth. Tonight I ask You to make new what is still old in me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Pray as Jesus taught us
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
